Heavenly Father, I Come Before You
Father, in the name of Jesus, I humbly come before You, seeking Your face in this time of hardship, uncertainty, and doubt concerning Your will for my life and my children’s lives.
1. Strengthening My Most Holy Faith
Lord, You said in Jude 1:20, “But you, beloved, building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit.” So today, I lift my voice and my heart to You, asking You to strengthen my faith. Remove every doubt, fear, and discouragement that seeks to weaken my trust in You. I decree and declare that my faith shall not fail, for You are the Author and Finisher of my faith (Hebrews 12:2).
Lord, increase my faith so that I may trust in Your divine plan, even when I do not understand it. I decree and declare that I walk by faith and not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7), and that Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path (Psalm 119:105).
2. Repenting for My Bloodline’s Strongholds, Transgressions, and Iniquities
Father, I come before You in repentance, standing in the gap for my bloodline, confessing and renouncing every generational sin, stronghold, transgression, and iniquity that has given the enemy a legal right to operate in my family.
According to Lamentations 5:7, “Our ancestors sinned and are no more, and we bear their punishment.” Lord, I repent for every sin committed by my forefathers that has brought bo***ge upon my life and my children’s lives. Your word declares in 1 John 1:9 that “If we confess our sins, You are faithful and just to forgive us and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
By the blood of Jesus, I renounce and break every generational curse of poverty, infirmity, idolatry, perversion, rebellion, witchcraft, and unbelief that has been passed down through my family line (Galatians 3:13). I decree that the power of the blood of Jesus speaks for me, and every demonic legal right over my bloodline is revoked and destroyed in Jesus’ name.
I stand upon Ezekiel 18:30: “Therefore, you Israelites, I will judge each of you according to your own ways, declares the Sovereign Lord. Repent! Turn away from all your offenses; then sin will not be your downfall.” Today, I turn away from every generational sin and align my bloodline with the righteousness of Christ Jesus.
3. Cleansing My Bloodline by the Power of the Blood of Jesus
Father, I apply the blood of Jesus over myself, my children, and every generation connected to me. Let the blood of Jesus speak mercy over my lineage and erase every ordinance written against us (Colossians 2:14).
I renounce and break every bloodline covenant made knowingly or unknowingly that has kept my family in bo***ge. I declare that my bloodline is now under the covenant of the Lamb, Jesus Christ, and no weapon formed against us shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
I declare that my children and future generations will serve the Lord. They will walk in holiness, purity, and obedience to Your word, and they will fulfill their God-ordained destiny (Isaiah 61:9).
4. Asking God to Direct My Steps and Fill Me with His Holy Spirit
Lord, I surrender my plans, my will, and my desires to You. Your word says in Proverbs 3:5-6, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” Today, I submit to You completely, knowing that You alone order my steps (Psalm 37:23).
Holy Spirit, fill me afresh and lead me in all truth (John 16:13). Remove any distractions, confusion, or fear that hinders me from hearing Your voice. I decree and declare that I will walk in obedience to Your will and not my own.
Father, according to Psalm 32:8, You said, “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.” Let my ears be sensitive to Your leading, and let my heart be aligned with Your will.
5. Declaring Submission to God’s Will as My Portion
Father, I declare that Your will for my life is my portion. I submit to Your purpose and plans for me and my children. Your word says in Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a future and a hope.”
I decree and declare that I am in alignment with my divine destiny. No plan of the enemy shall derail my purpose in Christ. Every door You have ordained for me, I walk through it by faith. Every door that is not from You, I command it to be shut in Jesus’ name (Revelation 3:7-8).
I declare that I will not be double-minded concerning Your will. My mind is renewed by Your word, and I am transformed to walk in obedience (Romans 12:2).
I proclaim that Psalm 91 is my portion:
• I dwell in the secret place of the Most High.
• I abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
• No evil shall befall me, nor shall any plague come near my dwelling.
• Your angels are assigned to me and my children.
Closing Prayer and Seal of the Blood of Jesus
Heavenly Father, I thank You for hearing my prayer and for the assurance that You are leading me into victory. I seal this prayer in the blood of Jesus and decree that it is established in the heavens and in the earth.
I walk forward with faith, knowing that You are my Shepherd, and I shall not lack any good thing (Psalm 23:1). I submit to Your will, trust in Your promises, and declare that Your perfect plan for me and my children shall come to pass.
In Jesus’ mighty name, I pray, Amen!
