FROM OUR FRIENDS AT WAAL:

We are once again offering a FREE vaccine clinic thanks to Petco Love, Dr. Braun, K-State Veterinary School, and Saint Marks UMC! We will also be partnering with SB Mow It Forward and Ring to bring any more goodies to this event!

Free pet supplies!

FREE Rabies (both- must be 12 weeks old), parvo/distemper (dogs) and FVRCP (cats)

Free microchips!

Free lunch for the entire family!

Bouncy house for the kids!

Free giveaways!

FIRST COME- FIRST SERVE! This event will fill very quickly so be sure to come early to get your spot in line. Please bring chairs, water, etc for your wait.

All cats must be in carriers and all dogs on leash. No appointments are needed.

Yes, you read that right! FREE spay/neuter for the first SIXTY cats brought to this clinic. While not required, donations will be accepted to help cover costs!

*All cats must be in a carrier. Ferals or unhandleable cats MUST be in traps.
*Cats must be at least 2 pounds.
*Cats may not be older than 8 years.
*Cats may not be sick.
*Sign up beforehand is not required but get there early!
*No residency or financial requirements!
*Nursing moms are allowed as long as kittens are at least 3 weeks old
*There is a limit of 4 cats per household or 4 TNR cats.

NEW INFORMATION FROM WAAL:

WAAL Rescue Resource

*** ‼ ANNOUNCEMENT ‼ ***

Due to low staffing, beginning in July, we will be offering emergency pet food bank at our office EVERY OTHER Wednesday ONLY.

Beginning August 1, we will then be shifting to the FIRST AND THIRD WEDNESDAY of each month only. This will be the new standard schedule from that point on.

Please remember:

1. This food bank should not be your ongoing sole source of pet food. It is designed to supplement only. They cannot guarantee how much pet food they can give you each time.

2. They cannot guarantee brands of pet food. We will try to meet allergy needs, but they rely on donations for our food.

3. After your first visit, ALL pets in the home must be spayed/neutered OR you must have them signed up to be. NO EXCEPTIONS! We reserve the right to require proof of this.

4. They reserve the right to refuse service for ANY reason.

5. Obtaining new pets while utilizing our pet food bank may result in you being banned from services. Their goal is to help you keep your current pets while you are experiencing difficulties and not to help you obtain more.

6. They do not have the resources to provide food for TNR or feral cat colonies.
