❤️ HOLIDAY RESOURCE GUIDE 2026 ❤️

The holidays are a time for coming together, and no one should have to worry about where their next meal will come from. We're sharing our 2026 Wichita Holiday Resource Guide to help connect our neighbors with food and other assistance available throughout November and December.

🦃 Thanksgiving food boxes & community meals
🎄 Christmas meals & holiday assistance programs
🥕 Mobile food distributions throughout Wichita

Our guide includes dates, times, locations and contact information for local organizations helping make the season a little brighter for our community.

📌 Save this post, share it with a neighbor, or pass it along to someone who may need a little extra support this holiday season. You never know who you might help!

For additional food assistance, visit KansasFoodSource.org to find a pantry near you.

Please note - we will not be releasing a monthly mobile distribution schedule for November & December separately, as this encompasses all distribution details through the end of 2026.

Help for your pets at Evergreen Recreation Center, Wichita, KS on November 7th:

🐾 FREE MICROCHIP & VACCINE CLINIC 💉 Bring your cats and dogs to the Evergreen Recreation Center on Saturday, November 7th, starting at 10 AM to receive their DHPP (distemper parvo vaccine) for dogs, Bordetella vaccine for dogs, FVRCP vaccine (panleukopenia & more vaccine) for cats, rabies shots for both cats and dogs, and microchips. Kittens will need to be at least 6 weeks old, and puppies at least 2 months old. It will be a walk-up clinic, so no registration will be needed.

The clinic will be limited to the first 200 animals and will be first-come, first-serve. We strongly recommend getting there early, as supplies will be limited. All dogs must be on a leash, and all cats must be in a carrier. Please have 1 handler per pet.

We want to thank the City of Wichita- Government for providing the space and Petco Love for providing the vaccines! We're so excited and grateful for this day!
