On the 25th anniversary of the September 11 attacks, may we remember those who were lost, honor those who served and sacrificed in the years that followed, and give thanks for those who continue to care for others in times of uncertainty and grief. May we also remember the sense of unity and common purpose that emerged from tragedy as a reminder of who we can be to one another and our call to seek peace and reconciliation as followers of Jesus Christ.
