WELCOME!
Pastor Don Lee and his wife have recently moved to Turtle Lake where he will serve
as the new pastor of Parkview United Methodist Church. He also serves United
Methodist congregations in Clear Lake and Prairie Farm.
He was born and raised in South Korea and spent the first thirty years of his life there.
Before coming to Wisconsin, they lived in Atlanta, Georgia, while he completed his
Master of Theological Studies at Emory University’s Candler School of Theology.
Prior to moving to the United States, Pastor Don served in several churches in
South Korea and as a chaplain in the Republic of Korea Air Force. His experiences
in ministry, military service, and international travel have given him opportunities to
meet people from many different backgrounds and communities.
He and his wife were married in 2020, and their journey together has taken them from
South Korea to Georgia and now to northwestern Wisconsin. Although this is their
first time living in Wisconsin, they have already been grateful for the warm welcome
they have received from people in Turtle Lake and the surrounding communities.
Having traveled and visited more than thirty countries, these experiences have taught
Pastor Don that a place becomes meaningful through the people we meet and the
relationships we build. They look forward to getting to know their neighbors, learning
more about the Turtle Lake community, and making this area their new home.

Thanks to EVERYONE who attended our Gardening seminar tonight at Parkview. We had a full house with Janet and Lucas being great speakers offering a wealth of knowledge. Stay tuned for our next event.
