What a week! 🤯 We capped off our trip by taking a city bus tour and seeing all of New Orleans. We’ve learned so much about this wonderful city throughout the week. But, it’s safe to say that we’re ready to head home! ✈️😴

And dear friend reading this, THANK YOU for following along with us! We pray that you know God loves you, Jesus died for you, and we’re enduring life right along with you until we see Jesus again. ❤️

Last day of the gathering! 😭 Though we’re sad, we look forward to putting all that we learned into practice when we get back home! 📖 Today we participated in a Divine Service with Holy Communion to cap off an amazing week. 🙏🏼 We also found out that the 2028 National Youth Gathering will be held in San Antonio, Texas!! 🏜️

This afternoon, we rode the streetcar to get picked up for our swamp tour! 🚃 We toured the Honey Island Swamp in Slidell, LA. We saw tons of alligators, exotic insects, and wild boars! 🐊 Adult leader Beth wasn’t thrilled about the lubber 🦗 we found!
