We are honored to welcome Dr. Scott A. Hagan as our keynote speaker for
"A Night at the Mission" on October 10!
Dr. Hagan is a pastor, writer, educator, and longtime Christian leader who has spent decades investing in people, developing leaders, and strengthening the Church. He holds a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University, served as a visiting post-doctoral research collaborator at Princeton University, and previously served as the seventh president of North Central University in Minneapolis. Today, he and his wife, Karen, serve on the executive team of Destiny Church in California, where Dr. Hagan also serves as President of Destiny Christian Academy.
But there is another reason his presence with us is especially meaningful.
Dr. Hagan is not simply someone we admire from a distance. He has been a pastor and spiritual leader to our Executive Director, Bonnie Fry-Mahnke, and his ministry has had a lasting influence on her walk with the Lord and her leadership.
That makes it especially meaningful to welcome him from California to Toledo to share with us during this important evening in the life of Toledo Gospel Rescue Mission.
We believe his message will challenge us, encourage us, and remind us why the work God has placed before us matters so deeply.
