TFA Bridge is for 6th-8th grade students at TFA Church aiming to bridge the gap for students between the elementary and high school experience, helping them to build relationships with others and God on their level.

Yesterday our lesson was SAULS CONVERSATION
& we read through Acts 9:1–22 😃!!

👉🏽 Jesus changes people & Jesus changes us. He can change the unchangeable! If God can change someone like Saul, he can surely change anyone!

👉🏾 Saul shows us how important it is to invite Jesus into our life and share what He has done. Saul didn’t wait to tell others about what he had learned about Jesus. Saul was changed, and he wanted to give other people the chance to come to Jesus as well. We encourage the students to share what the Lord has changed their life to their friends who seem like they’re unchangeable.

Happy Monday🌟!! Here’s the recap from our lesson Sunday😆!!

Yesterday our lesson was THE CHURCH BEGINS
& we read through Acts 2:42–47 😃!!

👉🏽 Worship changes the atmosphere. Giving impacts those in need in the community. Fellowship lets us encourage each other. Teaching gives us direction for purposeful living and shows us how to live with others. Serving helps remind us of what Jesus has done for us and how we are to serve others. The list could go on and on.

👉🏾 Our Christianity should be lived out, whether in a church building or out in our community. Church is not limited to once-a-week attendance on Sundays. The church meets throughout the week in various capacities for worship, fellowship, prayer, serving, and giving. We do this to be strengthened and encouraged to live out the gospel during the week.

WE LOVE BRIDGE SUNDAYS🤗😆!! Here’s our recap from yesterday ❤️‍🔥

Yesterday our lesson was BAPTISM IN THE HOLY SPIRIT
& we read through Acts 1:1–11 & Acts 2:1-11 😃!!

👉🏽 Jesus gave a gift that’s available to everyone who follows Him—the opportunity to be baptized in the Holy Spirit. That amazing gift wasn’t offered just so Christians who have received it can feel superior to those who haven’t yet. The point of this Baptism is to empower every follower of Jesus to better serve and live for Him.

👉🏾 God’s Spirit empowers us not just for amazing outcomes, but for our everyday life too. Although we can’t see Him, He guides us, helps us, teaches us, and counsels us. Let’s practice paying attention to the influence of the Holy Spirit in our day-to-day activities and decisions.

Bridge Sunday RECAP‼️

Yesterday our lesson was THE GREAT COMMISSION
& we read through Matthew 28:16–20 & Acts 1:3–7 😃!!

👉🏽 Jesus didn’t save us just to get us to heaven. He saved us to become His people, living out His mission for His glory.

👉🏾 Seeing what Jesus did to rescue us should motivate and free us to live out the mission of seeing others rescued by Jesus.
