Tonight we had our Founder's Day Banquet at Politz's restaurant. It was a beautiful evening. Deacon Scott gave a wonderful talk and the Knights gave checks to all of the charities they support. Congratulations to Knight of the Year Mr. Leroy Beniot and Family of the year Seth and Erin Vaughn.

Today we competed in the "Knights of Columbus Houma-Thibodaux Diocese 2025 Gumbo cook-off" where we placed 1st. Congratulations to all the teams that participated in the cook-off. It was a beautiful day to spend with brother Knights from around the Diocese.
