What an AWESOME week of 2026 Vacation Bible School! 🙌

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to everyone who helped make this week such a success. ❤️

A special thank you to Mr. Myron Wright and Mr. Roland Keyes for generously donating 20 boxes of pizza for our Friday meal. We would also like to recognize Mr. Myron Wright for donating prizes that added excitement and fun for the children as they answered questions throughout the week.

Thank you to Calvin Cooks Sr., Thibodaux City Marshal-Ward 2 for donating freeze pops to help keep the children cool and refreshed during outdoor activities, and to Mrs. Linda Hampton for her generous donation of snacks.

As the saying goes, it takes a village to raise a child, and we are truly blessed by a community that continually supports our youth and our church programs.

We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to the entire Vacation Bible School staff, volunteers, and workers who dedicated their time, energy, and talents this week to teaching God's Word and helping our children grow in faith.🙏🏽

Thank you all for making this week a wonderful time of fellowship, learning, and praising the Lord! ✝️

A special thank you to our dedicated kitchen crew for keeping our Vacation Bible School students well-fed and energized throughout this year's session!

We would also like to extend our appreciation to Calvin Cooks Sr., Thibodaux City Marshal-Ward 2 for his generous donation of large Cool Pops, helping our students stay hydrated and refreshed during their breaks from the summer heat.

Our children are having an amazing time learning about God's Word, building friendships, and developing valuable life skills in a fun and faith-filled environment.

There are still two days remaining! We encourage parents and guardians to send their children to join us for this wonderful opportunity to learn, grow, fellowship, and create lasting memories. ✝️

Vacation Bible School is currently underway for the second day, and what an incredible time of learning, fellowship, and fun our children are having! We are excited to share photos from today's activities and events as our young people grow in their faith and build lasting friendships.

Vacation Bible School provides children with opportunities to learn Biblical truths, develop strong moral values, participate in hands-on activities, enjoy music and crafts, and strengthen their relationship with God in a positive and encouraging environment.

📖 "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." – Proverbs 22:6

📖 "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." – Matthew 19:14

📖 "Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path." – Psalm 119:105

Through Bible lessons, songs, crafts, games, and group activities, children learn important life skills such as kindness, respect, honesty, teamwork, responsibility, and compassion for others.

Studies have shown that faith-based youth programs help promote positive character development, confidence, leadership skills, and a strong sense of community.

We thank our dedicated volunteers, teachers, parents, and church leaders who make this ministry possible. Please continue to pray for our children as they learn God's Word and grow spiritually throughout this year's Vacation Bible School.

🤠 VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL 2026 🌵

"Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." — Proverbs 22:6

We are excited to invite all children to attend our Vacation Bible School, which will be held June 8–12, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon each day.

This year's theme is "Western Roundup for Jesus!" Children are encouraged to dress in their favorite western attire, including cowboy hats, boots, bandanas, and other western-themed clothing as we enjoy a week filled with Bible lessons, music, crafts, games, fellowship, and fun.

📌 Important Information:

● Please ensure your child arrives on time each day.
● Parents/Guardians are asked to promptly pick up their child(ren) at 12:00 noon.
● Friday's Closing Program will feature special presentations by our students.

👕 Program Shirts Available: • Children's Sizes – $8 • Adult Sizes – $12 • 2XL Sizes – $15

🚌 Transportation Available: Mr. Lyonel Tillman and Ms. Kim Jackson will provide transportation for children who need it. Their route will begin at 7:30 a.m. each morning.
Parents/Guardians utilizing transportation services are asked to have their child(ren) ready and outside by 7:30 a.m. on the first day and throughout the week.

📝 Registration: To help us prepare materials and refreshments, we encourage all parents and guardians to register their child(ren) before June 8, 2026.
