💗💜 PINK & PURPLE SUNDAY | WE CARE! 💗💜

What a powerful and inspiring Worship Experience we had this past Sunday at Life Changers COGIC!

As we continued to recognize Breast Cancer & Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Sister Khalilah Ball shared her powerful testimony as a breast cancer survivor, reminding us that even in life's most difficult battles, God's grace is sufficient, His strength is made perfect in our weakness, and victory is possible! 🙌🏽

Her testimony was a beautiful reminder of our theme, "Scars as Proof of Life, Not Proof of Defeat!"

We celebrate every survivor, honor every fighter, and continue to stand in faith with those still walking through their battles. Your story is not over, and your scars do not define your defeat. They are evidence that YOU SURVIVED!

Sunday’s Worship Experience was powerful and inspiring. We are grateful to Sister Olivia Thomas for courageously sharing her story as a domestic violence survivor.

If you are living through domestic violence, please know that you are not alone, and abuse is not your fault. With support and a plan for safety, it is possible to leave and build a life beyond abuse. You deserve to be safe, supported, and free.

💗💜 PINK & PURPLE: “WE CARE! 💜💗

WHAT A POWERFUL, EMPOWERING, AND VICTORIOUS SUNDAY WORSHIP EXPERIENCE! 🙌🏽🔥

Today at Life Changers COGIC, we came together for our Breast Cancer and Domestic Violence Awareness Sunday Service, and what an incredible time of strength, hope, healing, and victory it was!

Under the theme, Scars as Proof of Life, Not Proof of Defeat,” we were reminded that our scars do not define us by what we've been through, but they serve as a testimony of what we've OVERCOME!

Sister Khalilah Ball, a breast cancer survivor, courageously shared her personal journey and testimony of overcoming breast cancer.

Sister Olivia Thomas, a domestic violence survivor, boldly shared her experience and powerful testimony of surviving domestic violence.

Both of these amazing women reminded us that SURVIVING IS A TESTIMONY, HEALING IS A JOURNEY, AND VICTORY IS POSSIBLE!

Their stories were different, but the message was the same: WHAT WE'VE BEEN THROUGH DID NOT DEFEAT US!🙌🏽

Today was more than an awareness service. It was a celebration of LIFE, a declaration of HOPE, and a reminder that there is STRENGTH beyond the struggle and PURPOSE beyond the pain!

We thank God for these two courageous women who were willing to share their stories, not only to bring awareness, but to encourage, empower, and remind others that they are NOT ALONE!

Our scars may tell the story of what we've endured, but they do not get to determine the ending of our story!

To God be ALL the glory for a powerful and victorious Sunday Worship Experience! 💗💜

💍❤️ HAPPY 45TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY TO OUR BELOVED PASTORS, DRS. GERALD & JUDY MANDRELL! ❤️💍

Today, we celebrate 45 beautiful years of love, commitment, faithfulness, and covenant! What a tremendous blessing it is to witness a marriage that has stood the test of time, weathered the changing seasons of life, and continues to reflect the goodness and faithfulness of God!

Pastors, you are so much more than our leaders. You are our "spiritual parents", and we are forever grateful for the consistent love, godly leadership, wisdom, prayers, and sacrifices you have poured into our lives throughout the years. You have not only taught us what it means to love and serve God, but you have demonstrated it through the lives you live and the love you share.

Your marriage is a beautiful example of Christ's love for His bride, the Church. Through your unwavering commitment to one another, you continue to show us that love is more than words or feelings. It is a covenant. It is sacrifice. It is patience, grace, forgiveness, endurance, and a daily decision to remain faithful to the one God has joined you with.

We thank God for the example you have set, not only as husband and wife, but as two servants who have faithfully walked together in love, life, and ministry. Your love story continues to inspire generations, reminding us that what God joins together is worth nurturing, protecting, and fighting for!

As you celebrate this incredible milestone, our prayer is that God will continue to strengthen your union, renew your joy, bless you with good health, and allow you to enjoy many more beautiful years together. May the love you share continue to grow deeper and sweeter with every passing year!
