FOCUS: Health & Healing
“Is anyone among you sick?
Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord.
And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up.
If they have sinned, they will be forgiven.”
James 5:14-15
🙏 Prayer of the Week 🙏
Heavenly Father,
We come before you with sick hearts knowing only You can heal us.
You are the God of healing and restoration.
Thank you, Lord, for Your tender mercy and amazing grace.
We ask You to unite those who need healing with those you have given the gift of healing.
Bring Your people in Tallahassee and our surrounding area physical, emotional, and spiritual healing through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Give Your strength and discernment to everyone working in our local healthcare system.
Provide them with Your Holy Wisdom so they may do what You have commissioned them for the Glory of Your Kingdom.
Protect our healthcare workers from the schemes of the enemy.
Give them eyes to see, ears to hear, and a boldness to proclaim the only Truth that will truly save a life—The Gospel of Jesus Christ!
Our faith is our oil, and we ask you daily for your generous provision so that we never run out.
Raise up healers in our Local Church body—healers to anoint our brothers and sisters with Holy oil in Jesus’ mighty name!
Amen.
