You never know what God is going to do, and you never know who God is going to use.

This week, we were blessed by a special gift from a 12-year-old young lady named Hollee. Along with her donation came a handwritten letter explaining that she sold a piece of furniture and wanted to donate the money to help Freeway Ministries share the Gospel and reach people with the love of Jesus.

What makes this even more encouraging is that Hollee has a dream. She has told us that one day she wants to work for Freeway Ministries and serve the Lord through this ministry. Seeing a young person with such a heart for Jesus and a desire to make an eternal impact is both humbling and inspiring.

At a time when the world often underestimates young people, God continues to remind us that age is not a limitation when it comes to being used for His Kingdom. Throughout Scripture, God used young people to accomplish incredible things, and we believe He is still doing that today.

Hollee, thank you for your generosity, your servant's heart, and your passion for sharing the Gospel. Your gift is a reminder that God can use anyone who is willing to say "yes" to Him. We are honored that you believe in what God is doing through Freeway Ministries, and we can't wait to see what He has planned for your future.

Church, join us in praying for Hollee as she continues to grow in her faith and follow God's calling on her life. The future is bright when young people are willing to let Jesus lead the way.

"Let no one look down on your youthfulness, but rather in speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity, show yourself an example of those who believe." — 1 Timothy 4:12 (NASB)

What an incredible day at Freeway Ministries!

We want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to Serve Springfield and the amazing youth groups who came out yesterday to serve alongside us. Your willingness to be the hands and feet of Jesus made a tremendous impact.

These students and leaders jumped right in, serving through our shower trailer ministry, helping in our clothing ministry, and preparing lunches for the many individuals and families who came through our doors. Their servant-hearted attitudes reflected the love of Christ in a powerful way.

What makes this even more special is that these young people are spending part of their summer break serving others. They could be doing countless other things with their time, but instead they chose to invest in God's Kingdom and demonstrate Christ's love through action. We are grateful for their sacrifice, enthusiasm, and willingness to serve.

To every student, youth leader, and volunteer who participated: thank you for partnering with us and helping us share the hope of Jesus with our community. Your efforts matter, and the seeds you planted will continue to bear fruit.

Episode 69: From Military Life to Missionary Life

On this episode of the One Broken Life Podcast, John sits down with Angel Morales to hear his powerful testimony of redemption and restoration. Raised in poverty in Honduras, Angel didn’t realize just how poor he was until he moved to the United States during high school while chasing the American dream.

From a young age, Angel was surrounded by drinking and smoking, habits that followed him into adulthood and even through his time serving in the military.

Though he married his wife Rachel, his life was spiraling, and his unfaithfulness brought their marriage to the verge of divorce.

Just when it seemed like his marriage was beyond saving and everything he had built was about to collapse, an unexpected invitation changed everything.

Tune in to hear the full story of how God took a broken man, a failing marriage, and a hopeless situation and turned it into a testimony of redemption, restoration, and purpose.
