Sermon for May 3, 2026 is #17 in our study of Romans. This message expounds Rom. 2:1-6, discussing the importance of repentance. God's goodness and kindness to sinners should inspire them to repent of rebellion and disobedience. When that does not happen, they are treasuring up judgment from God. A gospel without a call to repentance is an incomplete gospel (Matt. 28:19-20; Acts 2:38).

God cannot allow wickedness to have free course and, at the same time, have a heavenly, peaceful abode for people. For there to be a peaceful, joyous heaven, God must put an end to rebellion and wickedness.
