TODAY IS THE DAY! ⛳️

Middle & High School Youth Group are coming together TODAY, August 22, from 3–5 PM at Putters Creek for Mini Golf for a Big Cause benefiting the Muskegon Rescue Mission!

⛳️ Mini golf: $9 per student (students are responsible for their own golf)
🍦 After mini golf, we’ll head to Norm’s for ice cream, provided by the youth group!

Come hang out, have some fun, enjoy fellowship, and support a great cause. We can’t wait to see you there!

🚨 Youth Group Event Update! ⛳️🍦

A quick change of plans for this Sunday: we will no longer be having our High School Youth outing, so there will be no youth group event this Sunday.

But we’ve got something fun planned for next Saturday! 🙌

We’ll be joining the Muskegon Rescue Mission’s “Mini Golf for a Big Cause” event! ⛳️❤️

🎟️ Students are responsible for the $9 mini golf cost.
🍦 After mini golf, we’ll head to Norm’s for ice cream—provided by the youth group!

Come hang out with us for an afternoon of mini golf, ice cream, fellowship, and supporting a great cause in our community! We’d love to see you there! 💚

Middle & High School students — we’re heading to Unity again this year!

We’re trying to get a headcount by Monday for anyone who will need a ride to and from the festival this Wednesday evening.

🕔 We’ll meet at Olivet at 5:00 PM to head down together, and we’ll return to the church around 10:00 PM.

If you’re already planning to attend with your family, you’re welcome to meet us there!

Please RSVP by Monday at 8:00 PM so we can make sure we have enough seats in the van.

Middle School Youth Group!

We’re getting excited for the upcoming camping trip to Lakeview Campground in Ludington (July 31–August 2)! To help us finalize plans, please RSVP by July 22. A $10 payment is required to reserve your student’s spot (this is also the total cost of the trip).

Payment can be made in one of the following ways:
• Venmo Becky (-kooi)
• Bring payment to youth group on Wednesday or to church
• Drop it off with Debbie in the church office

We will depart at 1:00 PM on Friday, July 31, and return at approximately 4:00 PM on Sunday, August 2.

A packing list and parent information letter are being updated and will be sent to everyone who signs up.

If you have any questions, feel free to call or text Matt, Becky, or Amanda. We hope your student can join us!

MIDDLE SCHOOL YOUTH GROUP – BEACH NIGHT!

This Wednesday we’re heading to Hoffmaster State Park for a beach night!

📍 Meet at Olivet at 6:00 PM
📍 Return to Olivet at 8:00 PM

We will be transporting everyone to and from Hoffmaster using the church van.

If you plan to swim, please bring:

* Swimsuit
* Towel

Snacks and water will be provided.

Please note: We will have very limited access to the Youth Room this week, as it is currently being used for VBS through Thursday.

We’re looking forward to a great evening of fun, fellowship, and time at the beach! 🌊☀️

Meet at Olivet at 6:00 PM, then we’re heading to the Sando’s house for a pool party! 🏊‍♂️🍔 Dinner will be provided, and we’ll return to the church for pickup at 8:00 PM.

Be sure to bring:
✅ Swimsuit
✅ Towel
✅ Anything else you need for a great time at the pool

⚠️ Youth Group Cancelled Tonight ⚠️

Unfortunately, we are going to cancel Middle School Youth Group for tonight.

The storms are expected to move in right around the time Youth Group starts and continue throughout the evening. With the forecast calling for strong winds, large hail, and the potential for tornadoes, we want to prioritize everyone’s safety while traveling.

We’re disappointed we won’t get to hang out tonight, but we hope everyone stays safe and has a great evening!
