Dont get discouraged in life, and if you do, dont dwell there! God has given you a life to live.. so live it! And do it with as much positivity and love as you can.
Please always feel free to talk to Zach or myself if you guys are feeling down or discouraged and need some encouragement and uplifting! And remember you're not the only one who is going through something so dont feel alone or afraid to talk to people if you need to! :)

Hey all! So we are in a situation. Basically, we wont be able to put gas in the van until after youth group tonight and im unsure of how much gas i currently in iy but i know its not much, so if possible, please carpool or find rides to church. The van will still be running and taking anyone home is not a problem, but just to make sure we dont run out if gas, carpooling or finding a way there would be extremely helpful! Thanks :)

Love it!

Tonight's message was great. Honestly, I think it was meant for each and every one of us students including the ones that were not here tonight. I believe that everyone has to find themselves in order for them to be able to fully commit to what God has in their life as a plan. I drew this tonight, not because I was bored, but because it represents what God shared through Alyssa Estaire Gray tonight. God has us and isn't letting go. Ever.

So i know its football season, but if we have a youth party or youth hangout this friday (van would most likely not be picking up) how many of you could make it?! I have absolutely no details, yet, im just trying to see if people can come, first. Let me know by today after school, so i know if i need to plan one!

How many of you WILL 100% be able to come next week for skit practice if we have it? This is week 5 that I've had to postpone it, and i dont want to keep trying if people cannot come. I need 2 main guys to play the "filthy man" and Christ, and 2 main girls to play beautiful decepting demons, and then i need many people to play demons. We will also need some help with lighting and possible projection, and then costumes and makeup. If the youth group doesnt come together to do it, i potentially would be asking the young adults because i feel like this skit/human video has great potential. Please let me know asap, so we wont have to keep postponing and i can make another plan for this skit. Thank you.

Also, if you plan on coming, let me know if you're willing to be one of the 4 main characters. If its multiple people interested, we will figure something out. I need 2 guys and 2 girls.

We need to know asap who will be coming to skit practice Sunday. Whether you will be in the skit, or helping with lighting, projection, or stage makeup/clothing, we will need you there so everyone know what is going on and we can make sure we have people for everything. We will need 2 main guys (man and Jesus) and 2 main girls. We will need alot of extras to play demons, so be thinking of what youd like to do.
Practices will be Sundays after church every week until we know what date we will be performing. My guess is that it will only be 3 or 4 weeks. You will need to bring a lunch or money for lunch. Practice will start at 1:30pm, so that gives people time to eat lunch, and practice will end around 3:30/4 depending on how everything goes. You are welcome to stay at church and hangout until night service or you can have a parent pick you up and you are welcome to leave. I highly encourage everyone to stay and hangout for our night service though. Its a great time for everyone to hangout and its more unity/bonding time and hearing the word!
However please let me know ON HERE if you will be attending, no matter if you'll be on or off stage. Please only text/call me if you have serious or important questions. Thank you.

Hey all! A couple things... our van is currently still unavailable to use so we will not be doing pick ups. Also since its the wednesday before school starts, we thought about doing something fun!
SO... our plan is to have everyone meet at Pere Marquette (down by the volleyball nets/kids play place) to hangout, swim, play volleybal, soccer, etc and we will be combining with the young adults. Please let us know if you are coming so we know who to expect. I hope everyone can come!!!
We will resume normal youth group next week, and we WILL be having skit practice this Sunday! I MUST know ASAP who will be there. Bring money for food or your own lunch!

We are getting the brakes worked on in the church van, so we will not be taking the van out tonight for pick ups. Please try to find a ride, and we cant wait to see you all!!
