📖 Church Family, let’s keep going!
We’re continuing our Bible reading plan this week with Ezekiel 21–39. If you’ve fallen a little behind, don’t be discouraged—this is a great week to jump back in! Let’s encourage one another and make time to hear what God is saying through His Word. ❤️
As we read, we’ll see some powerful themes unfold:
🔹 God is holy and just. Ezekiel reminds us that God does not ignore sin. His judgments against Israel and the surrounding nations show us that He is righteous and that evil matters to Him.
🔹 God is able to restore what seems hopeless. In these chapters, we encounter the beautiful promise of new hearts, a new spirit, cleansing, and restoration. God isn’t merely interested in changing circumstances—He desires to transform His people from the inside out.
🔹 God can bring life to what looks dead. The vision of the valley of dry bones (Ezekiel 37) reminds us that nothing is too far gone for God. Where we see death and impossibility, God sees the potential for new life.
🔹 God keeps His promises. Even in the midst of judgment and exile, God continues to speak of gathering, restoring, and renewing His people. His faithfulness doesn’t depend on our circumstances.
🔹 God is sovereign over the nations. Ezekiel 21–39 shows that God is not only Lord over Israel—He is Lord over every nation and every power. Nothing is outside His authority.
