🚧 OUT OF ORDER: WHEN GOD REPAIRS THE WAY WE RELATE

Sometimes what’s “out of order” isn’t something around us, it’s the way we’ve learned to show up with one another.

This Sabbath at The Grace Place, we’re making room for a different kind of worship experience: a practical training on relational health and thriving with Chaplain June Price, Founder of R12Two.

We’ll explore what it means to recognize the broken patterns we’ve learned, understand how they affect our relationships, and discover healthier ways of connecting, with God, with ourselves, and with one another.

Why? Our broken ways of relating do not have to remain our permanent ways of relating. We can learn to live in God’s relational way instead of the enemy’s broken way.

AS EMOTIONAL RESTORATION MONTH COMES TO A CLOSE… We are "CALLED AGAIN: Something Beautiful Is Rising Again."

There are seasons when life leaves the landscape looking burned, broken, or barren. But what looks finished to us may simply be the ground where God is preparing something new.

As we close Emotional Restoration Month, we are reminded that pain does not get the final word. What tried to silence you cannot cancel what God has called you to become. Something beautiful can rise again.

Maybe this is your reminder: You are still called. God is still working. And something beautiful is still rising.

Join us this Sabbath as Pastor Hyeon Debbie Lee shares “Called Again: Something Beautiful Is Rising Again” from Luke 21:15–17.

What happens when God calls your name?

Zacchaeus thought he was simply climbing a tree to get a better look at Jesus. But Jesus stopped, looked up, and called him by name. Before Zacchaeus could say a word, grace had already found him. Maybe that is part of emotional restoration: discovering that God sees beyond the labels, the mistakes, the reputation, the hiding places, and the things we wish we could change.

You can hide from the crowd. You cannot hide from grace.

Join us this Sabbath as we continue Emotional Restoration Month: “Something Beautiful Again!” with Dr. Hyveth Williams and the message:

WHEN GOD CALLS YOUR NAME
Luke 19:1–10

When God calls your name, He isn't calling you to shame you. He is calling you closer. And sometimes one encounter with Jesus is all it takes for something beautiful to begin again.

We gather with broken hearts, but we do not gather without hope. We give thanks to God for the life Luis lived, the people he loved, the students and colleagues he strengthened, and the faith in Christ that shaped his journey.

“Because he loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him… I will be with him in trouble… and show him my salvation.” — Psalm 91:14–16

Please continue to surround Yanet, Dafne, Ezer, and the entire Amador family with prayer, love, and presence as we remember a life beautifully given and faithfully lived.

Until that glorious resurrection morning....

LOVE. LOSS. HEAVEN. WHAT COMES NEXT?
When death separates us, what happens to love?
In More Than Imagined: Resurrection, Relationships, and Love in the Life to Come, Dr. Hyveth Williams takes us beyond familiar assumptions about heaven and invites us to explore resurrection, relationships, belonging, loss, and the extraordinary future God has prepared.

This is more than a theological conversation. It speaks to the questions that surface when we have loved deeply, lost painfully, and wondered what eternity means for the relationships that matter most.

And readers are already responding.

“...The question of what resurrection means for love and relationships is something I've wrestled with for years, and this book actually gave me real answers. The idea that resurrection is not the erasure of love but its fulfillment hit me deeply. I've read a lot of theology books, but this one felt different, more pastoral and tender. Knowing that the author spent decades in pastoral ministry makes complete sense reading this. It feels so genuine and compassionate. I'm heading straight to Amazon to grab a copy, and honestly, I'd recommend it to anyone who has ever grieved and wondered if love continues beyond the grave...”
— Goodreads reader review

Death may interrupt love. But resurrection promises there is more to the story. What if heaven holds more than we have ever imagined?

There are seasons when we wonder, “God, do You see me here?”
In the waiting.
In the wilderness.
In the grief.
In the uncertainty.
In the places where we cannot yet see what God is doing.

This Sabbath, as we continue Emotional Restoration Month: “Something Beautiful Again!”, Dr. Hyveth Williams brings a timely message:
THE GOD WHO SEES ME!
- Genesis 26:3-13

When the road feels lonely, you are not unseen. God sees every step, every tear, every question, and every place where your heart is trying to heal. And when I cannot see what God is doing, He still sees me.

Join us at The Grace Place for a “Come and See” Worship Experience.

Some wounds don't leave scars you can see. They leave shattered hearts, silent tears, unanswered questions, and the weight of grief.

In recent days, many in our church family and community have been carrying loss. Some are grieving the death of loved ones. Others are mourning broken relationships, unrealized dreams, or the quiet hurts no one else sees.

Whatever has left your heart feeling shattered, know this: God is near.
As we begin Emotional Restoration Month, we invite you to journey with us through a series of messages centered on God's promise to make Something Beautiful Again.

This Sabbath, Pastor Irwin Larrier will share a message from Psalm 147:1–3:
đź’” SHATTERED: When God Heals What Life Cannot
"He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Psalm 147:3

Healing doesn't always happen overnight, but God faithfully begins the work of restoration where life has left us broken. Whether you're celebrating, struggling, or simply trying to make it through another day, there is a place for you here.
