Meditate in South Bend

Meditate in South Bend We are the South Bend branch of Kadampa Meditation Center Chicago. All are welcome, no previous experience necessary!

Our weekly classes and special events cover Buddhist teachings and include guided meditations. Our weekly classes are in person and drop-in; no pre-registration is required. We welcome everyone, regardless of background or belief. We are located inside the Art Gallery 2910 Paint Studio, across the street from Lowe's and next door to Charter Fitness.
