Due to some facility issues and water being out this weekend we are not going to be having in person service.

Who we are looking for: Someone who is passionate about music and worship, wanting to help a new church plant grow, and create a culture of worship. With a heart for ministry/service/shepherding. A willingness to shepherd as part of the leadership team, mutually keeping each other accountable, serving one another, edifying one another, and leading with a servant’s heart.

Specifically, the position includes:
• Providing direction and/or oversight of worship for CHRCH. Helping cast and create the vision for worship.
• Organizing and directing of weekend worship services and special events (Easter and Christmas).
• Shepherding the worship team(s) included but not limited to their rehearsals, musical development, commitment to excellence, spiritual growth and development, and teaching a Biblical philosophy of worship.
• Recruiting and growing the team.
• Having a basic knowledge of audio/visual technology is a plus but not required.
• Sharing the remainder of their time, along with the other pastors, in pastoral care (visitation, counseling, weddings, funerals, mentoring, etc.) along with an emphasis on their spiritual gifting and passions.
• Open to teaching on the weekend a plus but not required.

God has given us so many good things. We have breath, the earth, animals, friends and family. Freely God gave us Jesus and we can receive all those good gifts from God. This week can we share the good gift of Love with others?

We had Travis RG join us and share about the power of words. Words spoken over us and words we speak. He left us with a challenge for 21 days to to either 1 Wake up giving thanks. Find things we can be thankful for. 2 Ask what’s good, vs how are you. Then listen to people when they share the good. 3 Celebration of all the wins. No matter how little. What a great moment.
