June is the month of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
This year, the United States Council of Catholic Bishops will be consecrating the United States to the Sacred Heart on Thursday, June 11.
Friday, June 12, Bishop Conley will also be consecrating the Diocese of Lincoln to the Sacred Heart. Everyone is welcome to join the Bishop at the Cathedral on June 12th at 7:00pm for this consecration which will include adoration, music, a reflection, and opportunities for confession.

We had an exciting afternoon! Today was the official groundbreaking for our new addition to St. Vincent de Paul Parish & School. Along with the ceremonial groundbreaking, Msgr. Tucker also blessed the area for the new building. In attendance were members of Clark & Enersen, Cheever Construction, The Steier Group, members of the Diocesan Building Committee as well as many parishioners and school families. Construction will begin this month and be ready to move in prior to the 2027 school year.
Thank you to all who have put in a tremendous amount of work to make this possible. Thank you also to those who have contributed with their prayers and financial support. Thank you to the Steier Group, Clark & Enersen, Cheever Construction and the Diocesan Building committee for all of your work. And thank you to all who were in attendance today to support our great new project.

Cor Jesu Rex begins on Monday, June 8
9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for children who will be entering 2nd - 8th grades.
There is still time to sign your children up if you haven't already.
Please remember to send a lunch with your child each day.
🙏🙏Weekday Masses will be at 11:30 a.m. this week, all are welcome! 🙏🙏

There will also be a Teen Night with the Sisters Wednesday, June 10 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Teen night is open to all teens including incoming Freshmen and outgoing Seniors. No registration required.

All are invited to join us Friday, June 5 at 2:00 p.m. on the North side of the Church for an official Groundbreaking Ceremony. The Chamber of Commerce as well as other city Ambassadors will be joining us for the event.
Come celebrate with us as we take the next steps in preparing for our growing future.

Join us tomorrow morning to bid Fr. Hottovy a fond farewell before he leaves for his pilgrimage and then moves to Sacred Heart Parish in Lincoln.
Coffee, rolls and time to visit with Fr. Hottovy will be in the Social Hall after both Sunday Masses.
