University District Minyan University District Minyan - where everyone is welcome. Come join us for davening and Kiddush.

The U District Minyan is a place where observant Jewish people, and those that want to learn about Judaism, can come to for a Shabbat morning prayer service and a Kiddush afterwards. The services are led by lay leaders from the local Jewish community and are performed according to the Orthodox traditions in Hebrew (with help in English and Russian) in Nusach Ari. If You are interested in joining u

s just stop at our building, we start the Service at 10 AM (on the dot), but that should not stop you if you are running a little late. We also hold Holiday services, dates and times may very so please check here before each holiday or send us a message. We are looking forward to seeing each and everyone of you, See you at the Shul.

Memorial Day 2026 is on May 25th. The University District Minyan, 4525 19th Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98105, will hold a commemorative gathering and is inviting all veterans, families of veterans, and anyone with a patriotic spirit to join us. In particular, bring a story about your service. We are in the process of organizing a Chapter of the Jewish War Veterans, with the specific goal to present the Jewish people's contribution to the United States to counter the growing semitism. Chef Cole will prepare a bar-b-que from 6 to 8 PM.
