You asked and we responded! ISC participants want more opportunities for community building so we are introducing Listening Hearts Community Circles, a space for like-hearted seekers to come together and enjoy fellowship, spiritual growth, and community in the Ignatian spirit.

Our first Listening Hearts Community Circle is for LGBTQ+ folx only. This small group is an affinity space for those who identify as LGBTQ+ and are interested in sharing and listening, learning, praying, and exploring Ignatian practices as part of a beloved community of belonging.

Listening Hearts Community Circles are facilitated by Ignatian community members who belong to the affinity group.

Join us to create space for joy in community.

This is a wonderful opportunity for our young adults to meet others in the Ignatian community.

The Ignatian Way is an ecumenical, online and in-person, 9-month formation program designed to meet the personal and professional needs of both young adult and BIPOC preachers and spiritual companions.

This small cohort model helps build a community of trusted ministry colleagues by introducing the depth of Ignatian spirituality with Jesuit and Ignatian-formed faculty and presenters. Preachers and spiritual companions are refreshed through regular retreat days that use silence, contemplative prayer, and creative approaches to scripture. They learn to become discerning people, supported with spiritual direction and preaching coaching.

The Ignatian Way Application are due July 31. Apply today!

What happens when we stop hiding from God?

For Kelli Martin, The Ignatian Way became an invitation to bring her whole self into prayer — joys, struggles, desires, questions, and all.

Through Ignatian spirituality and preaching formation, participants are invited to deepen their relationship with God while growing in authenticity, discernment, and accompaniment.

Kelli Martin is a book editor and lay preacher whose reflection on prayer and belovedness reminds us that God meets us not through perfection, but through honesty and openness of heart.

Applications are now open for:

1.) Ignatian Way Preachers
2.) Ignatian Way Spiritual Companions
