Update on Our Path to Co-Creation
The CSL Seattle Board of Trustees Selection Committee has completed Step 7 of our Path to Co-Creation, labeled on our infographic as “Create Job Posting Materials!”

This task involved creating a profile of our Center for the CSL Home Office website, including information about the position, desired qualifications, timeline, and an overview of our community.

A big thank-you to all the work the Selection Committee put into completing this step!

We have now officially moved on to Step 8! This means we have officially submitted all the materials for CSL Headquarters to post in their “Open Pulpits” web portal. “Open Pulpits” is where CSL ministers look for potential new opportunities in centers across the nation. We look forward to attracting the perfect Spiritual Director over the ensuing weeks.

Summer Family Beach Day Gourmets for God!
What started as a monsoon morning turned into an absolutely gorgeous day! The skies cleared, the sun came out, the puffy clouds rolled in, and the beach party was ON!
Hosted by the wonderful Tani Rae and Deb, folks spent the afternoon visiting, munching on fruit and cheese, swimming, playing co****le, kayaking, paddleboarding, and simply enjoying being together.
Four hours of fun and we STILL didn’t make it to the board games or badminton! Sounds like we need a do-over with more time.
We kept hearing, “Next year we can do that!” Wait... did we just create a new tradition?
It was such a blessing to get to know so many lovely people, share our beautiful lake, laugh together, and raise money for GOOD along the way.
Here’s to sunshine after the rain, new friendships, summer memories, and maybe... Summer Family Beach Day 2027!

LEANING INTO THE WISDOM OF CHANGE
Look at nature. Nothing stays exactly the same, and yet nothing is out of place.
Leaves change color. Days grow shorter. Seasons shift. Nature doesn’t fight the change. It moves with it.
September reminds us that change doesn’t always have to arrive with a bang. Sometimes it happens quietly, one leaf, one choice, one moment at a time.
What if, instead of fearing change, we became curious about where it might be leading us?
