Congregation Gates of Heaven is a Reform synagogue in Schenectady, NY, serving members from throughout the Capital Region. Since our founding in 1854, we have grown to 500 families, coming together to create a kehillah k'doshah, a holy community. Building on the tenet of 'edu

cating each child according to their way,' we house a vibrant religious school that offers each opportunity for our children to thrive. We take pride in being a welcoming, open community, dedicated to Lifelong learning, Social Action, and meaningful worship.
