We love our church!

A few times a year, we disrupt our natural rhythm of church services for Sabbath Sunday. We learn how to rest together. We eat. We pray. We worship. We edify each other.

In the busyness of the Bay Area life, this is how we fight for the life God wants us to live. Intentional moments of slowing down to observe all He’s done.

Courageous obedience.

Benjamin grew up going to church in Oakland, but slowly drifted away. While incarcerated, he was reminded of who he really was; his identity rooted in Jesus Christ.

After meeting our street outreach team, he asked if he could come to church, and while he was there, he watched someone else get baptized. Right then, on the spot, he decided it was time to make his own public declaration.

Thank you Jesus for making all things new
