Join us for our Spring 2026 Soul Connection Day led by Jessica Sanborn! The theme for this quarterly day of renewal in connection with ourselves and God is "Making Space to Listen to the Longings of Your Heart".

According to St. Ignatius of Loyola, answers lay in recognizing the deepest longings of our hearts. “God’s desires for us and our deepest desires are…one and the same.” (Kevin O’Brien, “The Ignatian Adventure.”) But many of us find ourselves living a life that is oriented toward meeting others’ expectations. Some of us have been taught to distrust our heart’s desires and rely solely on external authority to tell us what we “should” do. Or maybe we find our lives consumed in busyness and noise, and there is no space to even hear what our heart wants.
