It is with heavy hearts that we share with you this news.

We learned last night that Fr. Dennis Dempsey was called home to our Heavenly Father. Father Denny was tragically killed in a bicycle accident yesterday afternoon (October 25). We know this news will be devastating to many who know and so loved him. Our hearts are broken.

Fr. Denny was the Pastor at Church of St. Dominic for 15 years and served the Archdiocese as a priest both locally and in the Venezuelan Mission. He was our pastor at St Francis/St James many years ago.

Funeral arrangements are pending. Please pray for the repose of his soul and for the strength and comfort of his family during this difficult time.
