During the summer months, music in worship will be led by our Summer Choir, a fun and easy way to jump into the music ministry at All Saints! Whether you’ve sung in choirs for years or are simply choir-curious, there’s no commitment beyond showing up for a single Sunday morning. Rehearsals begin at 9:45 AM in the Choir Room (second floor), just before church, and the music is varied, approachable, and prepared in a quick rehearsal each week. Come when you can, sing what you love, and help lead worship this summer! The Summer Choir will sing through August 30, except for July 5 and August 16

On Sunday, May 31, we celebrated our Youth during the 10:30 AM service. We are grateful for their growth and dedication to our parish, and it was a joy to see them lead worship. This past Sunday during Evensong, the choir gave Scott a resolution passed by the Virginia House of Delegates in celebration of his decade of service with All Saints. The resolution was introduced by All Saints’ parishioner and Delegate Rodney Willett and presented by Ed Rhodes and Caleigh Lynch, Del. Willett’s Chief of Staff.

This past Thursday, Ben and a group of All Saints volunteers spent the morning serving at St. Paul's through their Emmaus Lunch Ministry. For more than 25 years, St. Paul's has faithfully provided a weekly lunch to over 150 guests every Thursday. We are grateful for the opportunity to support this important ministry and serve our neighbors in Richmond.

What a joy it was to celebrate the baptism of Charlie on Sunday, May 31! Let us pray.

All praise and thanks to you, loving God, for adopting us as your own children, for incorporating us into your holy Church, and for making us worthy to share in the inheritance of the saints in light; through Jesus Christ your Son our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
