Our FIRST MomCo meeting of the year is almost here! 🎉

This year, we’re bringing it back to the 90s with our theme: GOOD COMPANY. 📼💿🩷

We’re talking about the beauty of intentional friendship—making time for one another, showing up, laughing together, supporting each other, and creating a community where we don’t have to do motherhood alone. 🫶

And what better way to kick off the year than with some GOOD COMPANY?!

🍕 Dinner is provided!
No need to bring anything—we’ll have pizza, sides & dessert!
🧸 Childcare is provided
💵 Childcare: $5 per kiddo, with a $10 max per family

Whether you’re a longtime MomCo mama, brand new, or somewhere in between—we’d LOVE to have you there. 💕

We’re skipping the park and heading to the pool! Join us for a MomCo Pool Day at Alexander Pool this Wednesday at NOON ☀️🏊🏻‍♀️

Admission is pay your own way, and we’ll be hanging out, swimming, and letting the kiddos burn off some energy! 🩷

Since we’ll be in swimsuits instead of our MomCo shirts 🤣, if you spot a big group of moms and kids, don’t be shy—come say hi! 👋🥰

Mamas! Check out this amazing yoga class meant for you and your littles!

Located in Sheffield and led by an amazing instructor (& mama herself!).

Monday's @ 9 AM! Be sure to pre-register if you can.

Freely in Flux is a safe space. There will be no shaming of any kind. It is meant for all body types. Your body as a mom does so much, so come do something for you, Mama!
Kiddos are more than welcome to come along and move with you or do their own thing in the background.

Relax, stretch, move, & have fun! 🧘🏻‍♀️

Because motherhood is physical.

Every day asks something different of your body.

Carrying a car seat. Holding a sleeping toddler. Playing on the floor. Loading groceries. Reaching, lifting, twisting, bending, and doing it all again tomorrow.

Mama, Move was created to help you build strength for those everyday moments through functional movement, mobility, Pilates inspired movement, yoga, breathwork, and mindful recovery.

This class is for moms and caregivers in every season of motherhood, including pregnancy. Your little one is welcome to come along while you take time to move, breathe, and care for yourself. Whether they observe, play nearby, or join in for a few moments, they’re welcome in the space.

My hope is that you leave each class feeling stronger, more capable, a little calmer, and reminded that caring for yourself isn’t separate from caring for your family.

Registration is open for next week’s first class. I’d love to move with you. 💛

‼️ 💦 Splash Pad Update 💦 ‼️

Unfortunately, we need to CANCEL today's splash pad meetup. My oldest woke up with a fever this morning, so we won't be able to make it. 🥺

We will NOT be rescheduling the splash pad, but we do have other fun outings planned, including our MomCo Pool Day at Alexander Pool!

☀️💦 REMINDER: Splash Pad Day is THIS Wednesday!

We're skipping playing at the park and going to the play in the water!

Join us at the Peru Splash Pad at 11:00 AM for some summer fun and a chance to cool off! 🩷

Come and go as you please, and feel free to bring lunch or snacks because the kiddos always work up an appetite 💦🥪

Don’t forget towels, sunscreen, water bottles, and all your splash day essentials ☀️🧴
