“I can’t get no satisfaction.”

That’s the theme of Ecclesiastes.

Whether it’s the confused philosopher, the entertainer, the rich and famous, or the person simply looking for a good time we’re all looking for satisfaction.

May today’s sermon note remind you that this life will never have satisfaction until you meet God.

That’s the reason why we need Jesus Christ today.

Possession, fame, riches, and popularity cannot satisfy us.

We need someone to redirect us to where we will be satisfied.

We need God who sent His Son Jesus Christ to live in us.

The Word of God is our gyroscope, guiding us back when life gets out of balance.

At the center of it all is a surrendered life because Jesus is the One who balances our lives.

Swipe through these sermon notes and take a moment to ask yourself:

Is my Worship, Wealth, and Work in the right place?

What do your eyes see when you pause and look around? 👀

In Ecclesiastes 4, Solomon looked at the world and saw oppression, envy, loneliness, dissatisfaction, and the struggles of life.

But the sermon reminds us that we shouldn’t only look around us we also need to look within us.

Spiritual compromise can feel small until it becomes catastrophic.

So as we journey through life, may we not only ask, “What do I see?” but also, “What is God showing me about myself?”

Look around. Look inside. And most importantly, look above the sun. ☀️

Life is meaningful when lived for God and others.

Time is a gift from God. ⏰

Life will bring changes, seasons, uncertainty, and things we don’t always understand. But when we let Jesus take the wheel, we can trust that “In His time He makes all things beautiful.”

Swipe through this week’s sermon notes from Ecclesiastes 3:1–22 and be reminded: with God, you can have the time of your life. 🤍

Like Solomon, we often look for satisfaction in pleasure, success, possessions, or even our own wisdom. But Ecclesiastes 2 reminds us that life without God is empty, and only He can give lasting joy and purpose.

“We all have an ‘I’ problem, and God is the only cure!”

As you swipe through these sermon notes, ask yourself:
• What thoughts are pulling me away from God?
• What have I been chasing to satisfy my heart?
• Is Jesus truly at the center of my life?

May we daily humble ourselves before the Lord, because the cure for our “I” problem is surrendering to Him.

Our hope is not found in what this world offers but in Jesus Christ, who gives life meaning, purpose, and eternal significance.

Missed last Sunday’s message? Take time to reflect on Ecclesiastes 1:1–18 and be reminded that true purpose is found only in Him.

“When you live under the ‘sun’ without the ‘Son,’ you’re purposeless and clueless. Life without God is meaningless.”
