A Wild Ride: Common Ground Western Social Brings the Frontier to LifeA great wild ride was had by all at the Common Ground Western Social held on Saturday, August 15th. The highly anticipated community gathering turned out to be an unforgettable evening packed with high-energy entertainment, authentic Western style, and a spirited sense of camaraderie.From the moment the gates opened, attendees were transported straight into the heart of the Old West. Guests fully embraced the theme, showing up in their finest Western attire—complete with polished cowboy boots, wide-brimmed hats, and classic denim.The highlight of the night was the variety of themed activities that drew massive cheers from the crowd, and kept everyone entertained. No Western social is complete without a hearty feast, and the event delivered with a mouthwatering chuckwagon-style spread. Beginning Sunday, August 2nd, the mission team will launch the Hygiene Hamper collection, a new effort dedicated to assisting those in need. With prices for everyday necessities steadily increasing, many individuals are forced to choose food over basic hygiene products. Recognizing this challenge, certain schools have already implemented Care Closets stocked with essential hygiene items to support their students. But these Care Closets need to be re-stocked throughout the school year.
