PASTORS & LEADERS GATHER IN NEW ORLEANS FOR A SPECIAL TIME OF FELLOWSHIP, FAITH, AND REMEMBRANCE
More than 80 pastors and church leaders gathered in New Orleans for a special Pastors & Leaders Meeting, sharing a meaningful time of fellowship, prayer, and the Word of God.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Bishop Darryl Brister and Beacon Light International Cathedral for warmly opening their doors and giving us the opportunity to gather in such a beautiful place.
During the meeting, Pastor Aaron Ryu of Good News Washington Church shared the Word of God, reminding us of the Gospel: Jesus Christ took upon Himself the sins of the whole world and, through His sacrifice on the cross, opened the way for us to receive eternal redemption.
As we commemorated the 21st anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, we remembered the lives lost and the families and communities forever impacted by the disaster. Pastor Wade Moody of Iglesia Vida led us in a special time of prayer, bringing pastors and leaders together with one heart as we prayed for New Orleans, its families, and its future.
Twenty-one years after Hurricane Katrina, we remember the past while looking toward the future with faith and hope, believing that God continues to work in this city.
