June 22: The St. John’s Boys’ Choir on Tour!
As part of their tour from Central Minnesota to New Orleans, the St. John’s Boys’ Choir (Collegeville, MN) is spending some time with us at Parkway Presbyterian. Join us on Sunday, June 22nd at 1:00 pm for their concert Raise Your Voice in Song. The choir will also be with us for the 10:30 am service. Join us tonight for the Good Friday Tenebrae service at 7pm at Lakeview Presbyterian Church.
Worship will feature a string quartet, guest organist John C. Schmidt, and the combined choirs of Lakeview Presbyterian, St. Luke's United Methodist, Grace Lutheran, and Parkway Presbyterian Churches, under the direction of LPC Director of Music Tom Brown. The quartet will begin playing prayerful gathering music at 6:40pm.

CHILDCARE IS AVAILABLE beginning at 6:30pm.

Good Friday Tenebrae Service on April 7 at 7pm

Please join us for a Good Friday Tenebrae Service at 7 pm at Lakeview Presbyterian Church. (5914 Canal Blvd, New Orleans). The combined choirs of Grace Lutheran Church, St. Luke's Methodist Church, Parkway Presbyterian Church and Lakeview Presbyterian Church will participate in the Good Friday worship Service along with the pastors from Grace, St. Luke's and Lakeview. Our own Ford Dieth and Patsy Green will be singing with the choir. Please join our friends at Lakeview as we remember Christ's crucifixion on the cross.

Pledge Dedication Sunday

Parkway’s Stewardship campaign has begun. Parkway members should have received a pledge card and stewardship letter in the mail. We hope you have read it and agree with the session that “Parkway does indeed matter”.

As you consider your commitment to Parkway please reach out to any session member if you have questions or need more information. If you did not receive a letter please contact Michelle at the church office and she will get one to you right away.
