Updates from City regarding Third and Annunciation by Burke Park: The intersection at Third St and Annunciation St was poured , for Annunciation St, on July 31st. The Annunciation Street area had to cure/harden, and strength tested before work could resume. This has been completed as of this morning and crews are scheduled to return to the Third St portion of the intersection to grade the base course, base rock layer under the roadway. Once grading is complete, they will move into laying asphalt binder, the first layer of asphalt roadway, in the next two weeks. This will allow the roadway to reopen to vehicular traffic.

The project team will then move to the intersection of Second St and Annunciation St to conduct the same underground construction on the new intersection. Once both intersections are reconstructed the bioswales will be completed and plants added. This entire portion of the project will be completed by November 2026.

I hope this gives a general timeline for things, obviously this is a "general" update, so things can change. We will send out more news once we hear more back next month.
