Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church Welcome to Grace Lutheran Church! Worship Service is at 10 AM each Sunday! Grace is located in the Lakeview neighborhood at 5800 Canal Blvd.

(where I 610 passes over). We have a parking lot. Our outreach includes Caring Ministry for shut-ins, an active program for young people, a Sunday School program during the school months, a music ministry that includes both contemporary and traditional styles. We have an historic organ and a great organist, We have an exceptional Adult Bible class every Sunday morning. We have numerous outreach p

rograms to the Community including Food Bank Collections and work with others in relocation of the homeless. We also have an outreach focusing on humane treatment of animals. We are a Recovery Church, having come back from total Katrina ruin and now are giving back to others by housing several 10's of volunteer workers from all over the US every week. We have been doing this ever since we recovered in 2006.

The Grace Social Ministry Team invites everyone interested to help stuff Grace care bags next Sunday, Sept 13th after worship.

We are in need of things like multipacks of canned tuna with a pull tab to open (the pull tab feature is essential). Snacks such as multipacks of crackers with cheese, fruit cocktails, granola bars and any other small non-perishable items are also needed. Thrivent is sponsoring part of the event but we need additional donations. Thanks so much!
