What if you stopped trying to find your place and let your body show you, you belong?
This Sunday, August 30, we're dancing.
Not to perform.
Not to get the steps right.
Not to become a better version of yourself.
To feel yourself. 🧜♂️
To move through the stories, roles, expectations and old patterns that can make us forget what it feels like to simply be here, in our bodies, in our lives, in our own experience.
JourneyDance™: Finding Your Place
w Sandra Rose, Somatic Guide
Sunday, August 30 | 2:00–3:30 PM
in the Sanctuary
JourneyDance is a guided movement experience where you don't need choreography or dance experience. You simply follow the invitation, listen inward, and let your body lead.
Here we'll explore, what happens when we stop abandoning ourselves?
What happens when we become curious about what we actually want?
When we can feel a YES in our bodies.
A NO.
A MAYBE.
A not this.
A more of this... ✨
When we stop censoring the parts of ourselves that are inconvenient, intense, sensual, powerful, tender, messy, wild or deeply alive.
This is about becoming more self-led, embodied, present and fully expressed.
Sunday, we dance. 💃
Come exactly as you are.
You don't need to be flexible.
You don't need to be a “dancer.”
You don't need to know what you're doing.
Just bring your body.
Advance: $35 | Door: $45 - Ticket link in the comments.
Come find your place, not by thinking your way there, but by moving your way... home, to what feels best for you.
See you there! ❤️
