Join us for a Family Promise Coffee Chat
Date: Sunday, June 7, 2026
Time: 11:30am (post worship)
Location: Chat Room (Rm. 116)

FPM Community Engagement Coordinator (and longtime FCC Member!) Judy Dixon joins us on Sunday, June 7, for a Coffee Chat in the Chat Room (Rm. 116) after worship.

Since 2008 Family Promise Metrowest has been partnering with families to address housing insecurity across the MetroWest community. Founded by local faith communities united by a shared mission to support their neighbors, the organization began with congregations opening their doors—hosting families overnight, one week at a time, in churches and temples.

First Congregational Church of Natick has been part of this effort from the very beginning—providing not only a warm place to sleep but also a shared evening meal where families could gather and feel at home.

Judy will share a bit about Family Promise’s history, its current work, and the innovative approaches it is developing for the future. She brings a deep understanding of the organization’s journey, having been involved since the early days—transforming Godly Play classrooms into family bedrooms—and more recently serving as Family Promise’s Housing Equity Advocate.
