Reimagine: New Things

In this message, we explore the story of the rebuilding of the Temple through the books of Ezra, Haggai, and Zechariah. As the new foundation was laid, a surprising scene unfolded—many shouted for joy while some of the elders wept. They remembered the glory of the former Temple and struggled to celebrate what God was doing in the present.

How often do we do the same? Sometimes our affection for the past can keep us from recognizing and embracing the new things God is building today. While it's important to honor God's faithfulness in previous seasons, we must be careful not to miss His current work because we're comparing it to what once was.

This message is a reminder that breakthrough and victory do not come through human effort alone, but by the power of God's Spirit. As the Lord declared, "Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit."

The glory of the latter house will be greater than the former—not because of the building itself, but because Jesus is here. God is still working, still building, and still doing new things.
