Nashville's Second Presbyterian Church, one of three More Light Presbyterians-affiliated congregations in Nashville, is thrilled to announce it has called the Reverend Courtnay Veazy as its next Pastor and Head of Staff. Courtnay's commitment to full LGBTQI+ inclusion, to outreach, and to social justice overflows. While at Idlewild Presbyterian Church in Memphis, Courtnay participated in the church's Presbyq***rians LGBTQI+/allies group and in Memphis Pride. She will begin her work at Second September 2. Second would warmly welcome you to worship and fellowship any time. Worship begins at 10:30 am on Sunday mornings.
