Ahasuerus came to serve himself,
Jesus came to serve others,
Ahasuerus came to conquer,
Jesus came to lay down his life,
Ahasuerus prided himself with earthly wealth,
Jesus gave us the eternal hope of treasures in heaven.
The difference between earthly culture and a heavenly culture is clearly displayed in Esther.
