The ExploreCalling office is a part of the General Board of Higher Education & Ministry. We support various programs and events such as Exploration, Spark, and the Young Clergy Initiative. Exploration is a three-day event for young adults age 18-26 to listen, discern, and respond to God's call to ordained ministry. Spark invests in young entrepreneurs to launch innovative ideas that will transform

the world. The Young Clergy Initiative was designed to "increase the number of young clergy among the jurisdictional conferences." We also provide resources for those seeking information about our 13 United Methodist seminaries and the steps into Ordained Ministry. www.gbhem.org | www.explorecalling.org
