Holy Cross Lutheran Church, ELCA, is in south Minneapolis, MN, nestled along Minnehaha Parkway since 1941. We have a traditional liturgical service on Sunday morning with some contemporary touches. We support our local community with services not just for members but for all who wish to participate. We encourage visitors of south Minneapolis to join us. For those new to the area or who are looking for a new church home, we invite you to make your home here with us.

Join us this Sunday, June 7 for Summer by the Creek - our annual celebration of summer at Holy Cross! We'll gather for worship on the lawn at 9:30 then celebrate with a picnic, entertainment, fun and games, and more.

We are also excited to announce the prize winners from Discipleship BINGO which has been going on at Holy Cross this spring. We have some great prizes to give away to our winners. Be sure to dust off your running shoes for the Family Fun Run, back by popular demand! Race (or walk) around the block and represent Holy Cross to the neighborhood.

Holy Cross is hosting a Red Cross Blood Drive this Thursday, May 14 and we still have openings to fill! Help fill the need with your lifesaving donation.

Congratulations to Sally for being the first person to send in a selfie with their BINGO card! If YOU don't have a card yet be sure to pick one up at church.

We hope to see you this Mother's Day weekend for our 9:30 worship service. Our service on the 17th will also be special with a lot of great music and our bell choir's last time playing for the season. Let's each invite a friend or neighbor to worship and pack the pews.

Of course Summer By The Creek is coming up on June 7, so mark your calendars for a day of fun!

Join us for worship this (and every) Sunday at 9:30. This weekend we’ll hear the story of the disciples meeting Jesus when he appears to them after the resurrection.

On Palm Sunday, March 29, Christians across the country will gather in public places to oppose white Christian Nationalism and stand for honoring the dignity and work of every child of God.

Here in the Twin Cities, there will be a procession to the state capitol for a worship service. Join others from Holy Cross and faith communities all across the metro who are attending.
