In Sunday School this week, children created their own puzzle piece with our pictures. When we put the puzzle together, we realized that every puzzle piece fit together and that we ALL BELONG! All children are welcome Sundays at 10:00 AM ❤️

On September 13, St. Mark's will conduct our Annual Back to School Food Drive. Our Daily Bread has had a huge increase in the request from schools for weekend food back packs. They need our help to help meet the need.

Donations needed for Back-to-School weekend backpacks:
Microwave Chef Boyardee meals
Microwave Mac and Cheese
Fruit cups
Cereal bowls and small boxes of cereal
Small juice containers - shelf stable
Small milk containers - shelf stable
Peanut butter crackers
Snacks of any kind in small containers: chips, popcorn, but not cookies
Breakfast bars

The four area schools served by this program decide who needs these donated foods, Our Daily Bread fills the backpacks and volunteers deliver them to the schools every Friday.

Please start stocking up on these items and put them in the Parish Hall anytime between now and September 13.

Cash donations are always welcome. Just write out a check to St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, write “Our Daily Bread” on the memo line. Drop off the check at the Church office, place it in the Offertory plate or mail it to the Church. Thank you for your continued support of this important ministry!

Walk the Labyrinth from Home
Walking our lovely labyrinth at St Mark’s is a wonderful experience most of the time, but walking it during these hot temperatures may be a little dangerous.

All is good though! Just google “Labyrinth Journey” and the APP you see below will pop up on your screen. Place your finger on the blue dot at the entrance and you are on your way to walking the labyrinth in the comfort of your air-conditioned home! You can turn the music on or off. The Good Book Club at St. Mark's

WHAT IS OUR CHURCH FAMILY DOING THIS SUMMER?
Elaine and Larry Cole recently enjoyed a mini family reunion at their niece’s cottage in Belgrade, Maine. They were so happy to be together on one of their beloved lakes and felt overwhelmed with gratitude for the time shared with family and the beauty of the place.
