If you have been paying any attention to social media or the news today, the country of Tibet experienced catastrophic floods and mudslides. At the time of this post, they have 150+ confirmed dead, and hundreds of tourists missing from various countries.
Prayers for God's mercy that at least some of those deaths are just assumed and that as rescue efforts commence that they will be successful in finding as many as people possible.
As search and rescue operations get underway, please join us in prayer:
For God's mercy, that survivors will be found against all odds.
For trapped and stranded individuals, that rescue teams reach them quickly.
For government leaders, to collaborate peacefully and efficiently to coordinate rescues and relief.
For essential supplies, resources, and aid to reach the hardest-hit areas and communities.
For comfort, for every family grieving or waiting anxiously for news of their loved ones.
