🌱 Can you choose to be vulnerable even when you feel misunderstood?

Inspiring Daily Devotional
We often wait for our partners to notice our burdens, hoping they will read our minds. When they don't, we stop reaching out and start building walls. It is a lonely way to live within a relationship. We need to remember that meaningful connection requires intentional movement from both sides.
As Romans 12:10 says, “Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another.”
Choosing to honor someone when you feel ignored is a step toward holiness. It isn't easy, which is why we must invite God to help us respond with grace rather than hurt.
As Colossians 3:13 says, “Bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another, even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do.”
Find a quiet moment to share your feelings with your partner today without blame. Be vulnerable, state your needs, and trust that God is working in both of your hearts.
Today is a great day to speak clearly, listen patiently, and practice intentional kindness.
