We are excited to welcome Noah McDonell to the staff at Saint Michael as our New Formation and Young Adult Director!

Noah McDonell works in ministry helping people encounter Christ and find their place in the life of the Church. His ministry experience includes parish formation, youth and young adult ministry, OCIA, sacramental preparation, retreats, and family engagement.

Noah is especially passionate about accompanying young people and families as they deepen their relationship with Christ and the Church. Through classrooms, retreats, youth gatherings, parish events, and personal conversations, Noah strives to help people feel welcomed, known, and supported as they take their next steps in faith and grow more fully into the life of the Church.

Please join us in welcoming Noah to our Church family! We are grateful to have him serving alongside us and look forward to all that God has in store. ❤️

• Overseeing First Reconciliation & First Eucharist preparation
• Coordinating Confirmation preparation
• Working with parish catechists and school teachers
• Coordinating Baptism preparation and ministry
• Planning and directing Vacation Bible School
• Leading Youth Ministry through faith formation, retreats, service opportunities, and parish activities

The ideal candidate is a practicing Catholic with a bachelor’s degree in Theology, Religious Education, Pastoral Ministry, or a related field, along with at least three years of relevant experience.

St. Michael Catholic Church is seeking an experienced Business Manager to oversee the financial and administrative operations of our parish and school.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee accounting and financial operations in accordance with Archdiocese of Louisville policies
• Manage month-end closing, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and annual budgeting
• Oversee parish and school finances, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, purchasing, banking, and financial controls
• Collaborate with business office staff to ensure accurate and timely financial operations
• Maintain vendor relationships and oversee fundraising financial activities and reporting
• Assist with human resources and supervise designated business office personnel
• Provide financial information and support to the Pastor, Pastoral Associate, and Finance Council

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in administration, accounting, financial management, or business operations
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with ParishSOFT, FACTS Tuition Management, WeShare, payroll systems, or comparable software preferred
