MINISTRY MOMENT
Do you have a hard time receiving constructive criticism, or the ability to submit it to others?

PRAYER POINT
"Lord, help me to not be an unhealthy respecter of persons. Help me to fear You, more than I fear man. Help me to remember that how You see me matters more than anything else. Help me to be mindful of that in all circumstances and situations regardless of whether I’m being corrected, or being prompted to correct others."

GOING DEEPER
Read Proverbs 15:31, Proverbs 12:1, Proverbs 25:11, Proverbs 27:6, and Ephesians 4:15.

WALK IT OUT
Connect with other brothers and sisters in Christ that you respect and who you feel like operate in a high level of emotional intelligence and are able to effectively navigate receiving and submitting constructive criticism. Ask them what the Lord has done in their life to help them navigate those situations with grace.

SHARE WITH OTHERS
Strategically invite people you love, respect, and admire to have an open door to speak into your life.

Ep. 945 - It's Not Optional

MINISTRY MOMENT
So why should we Sabbath? First, we have to remember that it’s a command from God. It honors Him as our creator and sustainer of our life. It provides spiritual and physical rest, and It reorientates our heart towards God. Committing to the Sabbath is one of the most practical things we can do to make sure we are taking care of ourselves spiritually, emotionally, and physically.

PRAYER POINT
"Father, help me slow down enough to remember that You call me to rest. Help me trust in Your Word, knowing that when I do things Your way, You will always provide enough time to get everything done."

GOING DEEPER
What do you think Jesus meant when He said, “the Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath?”

WALK IT OUT
Schedule a weekly time of rest for you and your family.

MINISTRY MOMENT
Allow the stones that tell the story of God’s faithfulness to carry you through seasons where you are spiritually dry - allow those to be the stepping stones that will get you to the next miracle, the next breakthrough, and the next testimony. Let your memories of God’s faithfulness be stepping stones that serve as “monuments” that are reminders of God’s work in YOUR life and His care for YOU!

PRAYER POINT
“Father, thank You that I have witnessed Your goodness, kindness, strength, and power in my life. God, today I give You all the praise and thanks for who You are and what You have done in my life. Jesus, I am making the stories of Your faithfulness in my life into stepping stones that will help me cross through the shaky ground in my life. I love You and I trust You! In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

GOING DEEPER
Read over Joshua 4:1-9.

WALK IT OUT
Find time during your week to journal, meditate on God’s promises, or pray to God to thank Him for what He has done in your life. Ask God to help you bring those times to memory when you’re in the middle of hard times and spiritually dry seasons.

Although we’re going to represent Jesus in many similar ways as other believers, have you noticed some ways in which you represent Jesus in a way that is unique to how God made you?

PRAYER POINT
“Dear God, help me to see other people the way You see them. Help me to share Your heart to serve people from a place of love. In Jesus’ name, Amen!”

GOING DEEPER
Read and study 2 Corinthians 5:17-21.

WALK IT OUT
Look for open doors and opportunities to serve people. When you do, ask God to help you see what that process reveals about you, and the healthy burdens you’re called to act on with the gifts you possess.

SHARE WITH OTHERS
When you recognize some of the positive, God-given traits in others, call it out in them.

Do you ever find yourself comparing your life (calling) with other Believers?

“Father, thank You that YOU have a specific calling for my life! I am unique and wonderfully made in Your image. Help me see that truth as my identity, and not any other identity that the world or culture would want to place over me.”

GOING DEEPER
Read and study 1 Corinthians 12:18-20.

WALK IT OUT
Practice thankfulness as you walk out your life/calling. Trusting that God has a good plan for your life goes hand-in-hand with you being thankful for that plan!

SHARE WITH OTHERS
Once this truth becomes so secure in your heart and mind, you will be able to help encourage others if they experience feelings of doubt or inferiority.

The enemy is crafty and is strategic in his attacks. Where has he put the most pressure on in your life? Where do you see the attacks coming the most?

Begin identifying where the enemy has been attacking you the most lately. Use this list to prepare and equip yourself for when the attacks come.

SHARE WITH OTHERS
Begin praying for others when you see them attacked. Reach out to them and remind them that we don't fight against people, but spirits and principalities.
