June 21 Meeting
10:40 (between services) in the Heritage Room
For the past five months, we have been laser-focused on the accessibility design for our chancel. Close to 100 members attended the recent information and listening sessions, asking questions and sharing their perspectives. Thank you to everyone who took part.
Now it’s time to zoom out for a final look at the entire project. On June 23, Council will vote to approve the design that the architects will submit for approval and bidding. Be aware that the designs may need some adjustments based on construction bids and feedback from the State Historic Preservation Office and the City.
There will be one more chance for questions and comments on June 21 at 10:40 in the Heritage Room. This meeting will focus on the entire project, including the organ, choir loft, accessibility, HVAC system, hearing loop, flooring, and more!
Watch the Enter In page on the Plymouth Website and the Enter In table in the Narthex for project details and important updates.
