Welcome, Joey! 👋

Yesterday was a special Sunday for our Grace Church family as we welcomed Joey Shiffer as our new Pastoral Assistant for Youth & Young Adults and gathered around him to pray for the ministry ahead.

Joey was raised right here at Grace, and after serving as our Interim Youth Director this past year, we’re grateful to see the Lord continue to lead him into ministry among our students and young adults.

Would you join us in praying for Joey—that the Lord would give him wisdom, faithfulness, and a deep love for the young people he serves, and that many would grow to know and follow Jesus through his ministry?

We’re thankful for you, Joey, and excited for this next chapter!

Our book fair is setup and ready for this Sunday from 10 - 10:45 in the Grace Cafe!

Specially curated resources for kids and adults. All who purchase a book can enter a raffle to win Lithos' "Kingdom of God" or "Pilgrim's Progress" boxset. There are some free books as well!

Please join us for refreshments and fellowship in the Family Life Center after you've perused the books.

We're thankful for a church family that loves God's Word and wants to keep growing together.

Sin always promises freedom. But if you've walked that road, you know where it leads.

Distance from God isn't satisfying—it leaves us empty.

The good news of the gospel is that Jesus doesn't abandon His people. He lovingly pursues, convicts, and calls us back to Himself. His invitation is always one of grace, restoration, and life.

👋 Meet David, our Associate Pastor of Administration!

David loves helping the church flourish behind the scenes so that people can be saved and transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ. Whether he's developing systems, supporting ministries, counseling, or teaching, his heart is to see the church operate faithfully and effectively for God's glory.

Outside of church, you'll usually find him spending time with his wife, Jessica, and their teenagers, planning the next great road trip, or out with a camera in search of wildlife and beautiful landscapes.

David is passionate about helping people think deeply about God's Word, love the local church, and follow Jesus with both conviction and joy.

We're thankful for David's servant-hearted leadership and his commitment to seeing Grace Church thrive.

👋 Meet John, our Senior Associate Pastor!

John has a deep love for teaching God’s Word, especially to our Legacy Ministry, where he enjoys encouraging older adults to continue growing in Christ. He also treasures the opportunity to shepherd and care for the people of Grace Church.

John and his wife, Sharon, celebrated 48 years of marriage this past May. One of their greatest joys is having all eight of their grandchildren living right here in Lancaster County.

We’re grateful for John’s faithful ministry, steady wisdom, and the care he shows to our church family.

👋 Meet Adam, our Lead Pastor at Grace Church!

For Adam, Grace Church is more than a place of ministry—it's family. He's been part of the Grace Church family since he was ten years old and now has the privilege of serving the congregation that helped shape his faith.

Outside the office, Adam enjoys a McDonald's iced coffee (cream, no sugar!), collecting fountain pens, and spending time with his wife and two little boys. One of his favorite parts of the day is reading bedtime stories with them before they fall asleep.

As a pastor, Adam's greatest passion is preaching God's Word and having a front-row seat to watch the Lord transform lives through the gospel.

We're thankful for Adam's leadership, his love for Scripture, and his heart for the people of Grace Church.

👋 Meet Holly, our Missions Director and Congregational Care Coordinator!

Holly is passionate about helping people take part in the Great Commission—whether that's across the street or around the world. She loves building deep friendships, learning from different cultures, enjoying great food, and tackling a good crossword puzzle.

She and her husband, Michael, are the proud parents of two young-adult daughters, Gillian and Hannah.

We're grateful for Holly's heart for people, her love for missions, and the way she faithfully cares for our church family while helping us keep our eyes on God's work around the world.

👋 Meet Caleb Brussel, our Associate Pastor of Ministries!

Caleb loves spending time with people, reading a good book, and finding great food wherever he can. He and his wife, Beth, are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their first baby this fall—a season filled with excitement, preparation, and a lot of joy! 👶

Originally from the Netherlands, Caleb's orange gear comes out every time the World Cup rolls around. 🇳🇱⚽

We're thankful for Caleb's heart for people, his love for God's Word, and the way he serves our church family each week. Be sure to say hello when you see him around Grace Church!
