SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINE WORKOUTS?
Most men understand physical discipline.
You don't build strength by lifting weights once a month. You don't build endurance by running when you happen to feel motivated. You get stronger by showing up consistently—even on the days you don't feel like it.
Our spiritual lives work the same way.
Prayer builds dependence.
Scripture builds truth.
Obedience builds character.
Worship builds perspective.
Accountability builds strength.
Spiritual discipline isn't about earning God's love or becoming more religious. It's about intentionally making room for God to shape you into the man He created you to be.
And here's the hard question:
If your spiritual discipline is the foundation for how you lead your marriage, your family, your work, and your life…how strong is that foundation?
"Train yourself for godliness; for while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way." — 1 Timothy 4:7–8
You don't have to overhaul your entire life tomorrow.
Start with one thing.
Open the Bible. Pray before you reach for your phone. Find a brother who will hold you accountable. Spend a few intentional minutes with God every day.
Show up. Stay faithful. Get stronger.
What's one spiritual discipline you're working on right now?
